一、本机处理的信息
为实现情景来电功能，应用会在用户设备本地处理和保存致电者名称、模拟号码、运营商、来电日期时间、用户录制的音频、用户选择的主屏幕截图和铃声，以及铃声、震动、模拟休眠等设置。上述内容由用户主动填写、录制或选择。
二、权限及使用目的
麦克风仅在用户主动录制致电者声音时使用；图片和铃声分别通过系统照片选择器和文件选择器由用户单次选取；震动用于操作反馈和模拟来电；运动数据用于来电时判断设备是否被拿起以调低铃声音量；接近传感器仅在应用内通话时用于防止误触。用户可以拒绝或关闭相关权限，但对应功能可能不可用。
三、处理方式与传感器信息
当前版本不设置账号系统，不申请网络权限，也不会将用户设置、录音、截图、铃声或传感器信息上传至服务器。传感器数据仅在相关页面运行期间即时处理，不会作为用户资料保存。
四、共享、转让与第三方服务
当前版本未接入广告、统计分析、用户画像或其他第三方数据处理SDK，不会上传、出售、共享、转让或跨境传输上述本地数据。法律法规另有强制要求的，依照法律规定处理。
五、保存期限与删除
相关设置和应用私有文件会保存在本机，直至用户修改或删除对应来电，或卸载应用。删除来电后，应用会清理由该来电产生的私有录音、背景图副本和铃声副本；用户在系统相册或文件中的原始内容不会被删除。
六、用户权利
用户可以在应用内查看、修改或删除已保存来电及其私有文件，在系统设置中管理权限，或通过卸载应用清除全部本地数据。如对本地数据处理有疑问，也可以通过本政策所列邮箱联系运营者。
七、未成年人保护
本应用不以儿童为服务对象，不会主动识别或收集用户年龄。未成年人应根据所在地适用法律，在监护人同意和指导下使用本应用。
八、政策更新
因功能、法律法规或平台规则变化需要更新本政策时，更新后的内容将在应用内展示并标明更新日期；涉及处理方式的重大变化时，将依法提供必要提示。

1. Information processed locally
The app locally processes caller details, dates, recordings, screenshots, ringtones and related settings that you enter, record or choose.
2. Permissions and purpose
The microphone is used only when you record a caller voice. Images and ringtones are selected one at a time through the system photo and file pickers. Vibration provides feedback and simulated ringing; motion detects pickup to lower ringtone volume; proximity prevents accidental touches during an in-app call. You may deny permissions, but the related feature may not work.
3. Processing and sensors
There is no account or network permission. Settings, media and sensor data are never uploaded; sensor readings are processed instantly and not stored.
4. Sharing and third parties
The current version contains no ads, analytics, profiling or third-party data SDK. It does not upload, sell, share, transfer or transmit this local data across borders, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Retention and deletion
Settings and private copies remain until you edit or delete a call, or uninstall. Deleting a call removes its private copies, not originals in Photos or Files.
6. Your rights
You can view, edit or delete saved calls and their private files in the app, manage permissions in iOS Settings, or remove all local app data by uninstalling. You may also contact the operator at the email in this policy.
7. Minors
The app is not directed to children and does not identify or collect age. Minors should use it with a guardian's consent and guidance as required by applicable local law.
8. Updates
If features, laws or platform rules change, the revised policy will appear in the app with an updated date. Material changes to processing will receive any notice required by law.
